About the RoleAs an Esthetician, you will embody the artistry of skincare, delivering bespoke facial treatments that elevate guests’ skin health and radiance. Utilizing advanced techniques and premium add-ons such as diamond-tip microdermabrasion, glycolic peels, NuFace microcurrent, and DermaFlash, you will create transformative experiences tailored to each guest’s unique needs. Your expertise in retail sales and guest engagement will drive product recommendations and rebooking, ensuring lasting relationships and exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional Guest Care Deliver world-class skincare treatments, customizing each session to meet guests’ unique wellness goals using Skin Authority’s cutting-edge products and protocols.
• Personalized Treatment Plans Design and implement comprehensive treatment and home-care regimens, empowering guests to achieve lasting skin health and radiance.
• Retail Sales Excellence Drive retail product sales by educating guests on the benefits of Skin Authority products, seamlessly integrating recommendations into their wellness journey.
• Add-On Expertise Master and promote advanced add-ons, ensuring every treatment is elevated to meet the highest standards of luxury and efficacy.
• Guest Engagement Cultivate meaningful connections with guests in the lobby and during consultations, fostering loyalty and rebooking through polished communication.
• Professional Environment Maintain a sophisticated demeanor and contribute to a positive, uplifting workplace that reflects Massage Heights’ commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensure Valid state Esthetician license and liability insurance.
• Experience Minimum of 1 year as a practicing esthetician, with demonstrated expertise in delivering high-end skincare services.
• Communication Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and educate guests.
• Sales Acumen Proven ability to drive retail sales and rebooking through consultative selling and guest education.
• Professionalism Polished presentation, mature temperament, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Flexibility Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate guest needs.
• Technical Expertise Proficiency in advanced skincare techniques and a passion for staying current with industry trends and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with luxury spa or wellness brands, ideally with familiarity in Skin Authority or similar high-end product lines.
• Certification in advanced treatments such as chemical peels or microcurrent therapies.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
