We are seeking an experienced, professional, and
highly motivated Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee the
full operations of a beautiful oceanfront condominium community consisting of
174 units.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on
leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering
exceptional service to residents, board members, and the community as a whole.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and
experienced in all aspects of condominium association management.
