Licensed Commercial Insurance Producer (1099 | Remote) — Brightway Insurance

The Jacqueline Howard Agency- an independent, Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporation for aLicensed Commercial Insurance Producer. Must be based in Florida. We're seeking a motivated individual to help clients protect their futures.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline of commercial clients
• Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions
• Attend networking events to grow your book
• Evaluate client exposures, recommend coverages, and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Consistently hit sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Must be based in FL.
• Proven track record in commercial insurance sales (3+ years required).
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport.
• Ability to manage your own workflow, prioritize leads, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
