MDB Health Services is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities in the Lafayette, Louisiana area.

Position details

• Location: Lafayette, Louisiana area
• Employment type: Full-time
• Work setting: Long-term care facilities

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities
• Manage an independent schedule and caseload
• Travel between facilities within the assigned territory
• Work collaboratively with the broader MDB Health Services team while operating independently in the field

Required qualifications

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in good standing
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius
• Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule
• Commitment to serving older adults and residents of long-term care communities
