Backpack Healthcare is growing in Oklahoma! We're looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
We provide high-quality virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults, making care more accessible to families across the state. As a clinician-led, minority-owned organization, we're committed to supporting both the clients we serve and the clinicians who care for them.
If you're passionate about working with youth, value flexibility, and want to join a collaborative, mission-driven team, we'd love to meet you!
You'll provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Oklahoma.
Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST), with weekend availability welcomed.
You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.

✔️ Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a strong passion for serving this population
✔️ The ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment

⭐ Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
Since 2020, Backpack Healthcare has helped 12,000+ children and families access the mental healthcare they deserve.
We're building a different kind of behavioral healthcare organization—one where clinicians have flexibility, meaningful support, opportunities to grow, and the ability to focus on what matters most: their clients.
We believe that when clinicians thrive, kids thrive. It's more than a mission—it's how we deliver exceptional care every day.
If you're ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of Oklahoma children and families while enjoying flexible remote work, competitive compensation, monthly bonus potential, and a supportive clinical team, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and help us build healthier futures—one child, one family, and one community at a time. 🎒💙
