  Training and experience in clinical counseling

  Comfortable with crisis management and working in a secure environment

  Correctional experience is a plus

  Ability to work independently

  Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
• 
  Manage a caseload of 20–30 patients per week
• 
  Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• 
  Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments
• 
  Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary and correctional staff
