Do you like solving problems and removing barriers for our acute mental health and homeless population? Do you value a position in which you are empowered in an autonomous role to do whatever it takes on any given day? The Program Supervisor in collaboration with a non-clinical supervisor is responsible for leading a team of 7 clinicians and 25 case management staff in one of our largest programs serving 150 clients. This position will provide supervision to a team of case managers engaged in outreach, and therapeutice services to our adult unhoused clients. This role requires someone who values accountability, trust, and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS
This is a 100% on site position. A car, driver’s license and insurance is required. The Program Supervisor must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Services (BBS) as an LCSW or LMFT.
