Salary: Starting at $51,000 - $64,000 based on experience.
Statement of Purpose: Behavioral Health Therapist (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)
The Behavioral Health Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing mental health or emotional challenges. They work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans, offer support, and empower them to achieve better mental and emotional well-being. This position works closely with the BH Specialty Programs Manager under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health and Specialty Programs. Midland focuses on excellence in healthcare to enable our patients to live a rewarding and fulfilling life.
