As a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, you will provide therapeutic services, clinical assessments, case coordination, and resource navigation for individuals referred through our comprehensive care model. You'll work with a diverse patient population-adolescents, adults, and families-in a setting that fosters teamwork and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioral health evaluations and therapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Support patient engagement through brief interventions and longer-term counseling.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and community partners to create coordinated care plans.

• Help patients access external support services, housing, recovery programs, and more.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation aligned with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing case reviews and team-based care planning.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.

• Active Massachusetts licensure as either LICSW, LCSW or LMHC (required).

• Experience in outpatient, community health, or integrated care settings strongly preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency (preferred but not required).

• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle (some community-based travel may be required).

• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
