
Abound Health is seeking a Licensed Behaviorist (BCBA, LBA, LPA, PA) to join our Special Consultation Services team in Greensboro, North Carolina (Hybrid). In this role, you will report to the Program Director. As a Behaviorist working out of the Innovations Waiver Program with adults with disabilities, you will develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, promoting independence and overall well-being. You will implement evidence-based interventions and regularly monitor progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement in their daily lives. Through consistent follow-ups and collaboration with caregivers and support teams, you will help individuals achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. Full- time and part-time opportunities available! We will work with your schedule.

The target base hourly range for this position is between $91 - $111/hr.
