
We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a condominium association. The ideal candidate will be licensed and experienced in condominium property management, resident relations, vendor coordination, administrative support, and property operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist in maintaining the community’s overall appearance and compliance.

CPM efficiently manages over 100,000 units in condominium and homeowner's associations from Pembroke Pines to Port St. Lucie.

Campbell Property Management maintains four fully staffed offices (as well as many on-site offices) and comprises of over 400 full-time employees. We can provide administrative, financial, maintenance, and janitorial services. Our sister company Complete Property Maintenance extends our capabilities to include landscape maintenance.
