• The Extrovert: We need high energy. You must be comfortable leading a confident consultation and making bold retail recommendations.
  
  

What We Expect (The "First Call" Test): We hire for brains, then hands. If we call you for a phone interview, be prepared to answer clinical questions on the spot, such as:

1. How does a chemical peel differ from an enzyme in terms of cellular interaction?
   
   
2. What is the main function of Salicylic acid for an acneic guest?
   
   
3. How do you layer products based on molecular weight and skin type? If you cannot answer these with confidence, we will move to the next applicant.

Compensation: $48.00 - $98.00 per hour
