Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing quality resident care, administering treatments and medications, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

AM / Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
NOC Part Time
Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, and facility policies.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report significant changes.
Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Complete accurate and timely documentation and charting.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards.
Graduate of an approved LVN program.
Current, active California LVN license in good standing.
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
