In this hands on role, you'll support the daily operations of the library branch, guide and mentor team members, deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to programs and services that inspire learning, discovery and community participation.

Please note: positions will require availability to work any 5 out of 7 days as part of the ordinary hours, including weekends.
You’re passionate about connecting people with information, ideas and experiences and understand the important role libraries play in building strong, vibrant communities. You enjoy creating welcoming spaces, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers confidently access the resources and support they need. You bring strong communication, organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to balance competing priorities in a busy and rewarding environment.
You’ll have experience in a customer focused role and be comfortable using a range of digital technologies, online resources and library systems. Whether you're assisting customers, coordinating daily operations, supporting team members or delivering community programs, you approach every interaction with professionalism, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to service excellence.
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or the ability to obtain one within two months of commencement, is required.
