Te Tūranga | About the role
This role is worked for 20 hours per week, on Monday, Friday and Saturdays.
Monday 9-5pm (7 hrs); Fri 9-4:30pm (6.5hrs); Sat 9-4.00pm (6.5 hrs)
These shifts are fixed, so it’s important that you only apply if these days and times work for you.
Modern libraries are community hubs which provide a variety of services to our diverse Tauranga community. We are looking for a Library & Community Hub Assistant who willwelcome and assist community members to access library resources, programmes and events.
In this role the hours will be fixed each week, but the location may be either Mt Maunganui or Pāpāmoa Libraries, depending on staffing need. There will be occasions when working at other Tauranga City Libraries will be needed.
