Primary responsibilities include classroom and event AV support, lecture capture operations, media conversion, troubleshooting AV equipment, and assisting in the planning and implementation of new AV technologies.

SCHAFFER LIBRARY OF HEALTH SCIENCES

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, REGISTRATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of experience providing face-to-face audio-visual or instructional technology support in an academic or similar environment.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
Ability to:
Perform the job according to conduct defined by AMC’s Code of Conduct and Employee Manual,
use good judgment when performing the functions of the job or when interacting with others,
accept direction, work cooperatively with others, work independently and as part of a team,
operate AV and video conference equipment, cameras, use editing software,
transfer and manage various media formats,
and develop instructional or promotional materials.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
