
He angitūtanga: The Opportunity
In this customer service focussed role, you will be contributing to the day-to-day running of St Heliers Library. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a high achieving team whilst making our customers feel welcome and supported. St Heliers Library is known as the hub of the community and you will be working closely with our local community through a range of programmes, from children's activities to supporting and/or delivering exciting programmes and events.
We are looking for someone who has an enthusiasm for serving our community, making our customers feel welcome and enjoy providing wonderful customer service
St Heliers library is open seven days a week so this position will include regular weekend shifts, so being able to work weekends is essential
This is a permanent, part‑time position working 22 hours per week, you will be working Thursday (11am to 6pm), Friday (10am to 5pm), Saturday (9am to 4pm) and Sunday (12pm to 4:30pm). While this role is currently based at St Heliers Libraries, some flexibility may be required to support library services across the Ōrākei Local Board.

Salary: $67,414 - $79,310 dependant on experience.
