What will you do as Liaison Officer:
- Monitors and facilitates all SLGFI member hospital admissions and discharges; conducts inpatient screening and coverage assessment based on medical necessity and SLGFI system guidelines.
- Conducts roving duties with daily hospital visits to confined members and healthcare facilities, ensuring effective care coordination, timely issue resolution, and excellent member service.
- Issues appropriate inpatient approval of coverage through timely creation of SLGFI authorization letters, ensuring all approvals comply with documented inpatient availment policies and procedures.
- Ensures member awareness of inpatient benefits, manages benefit communications, prepares regular availment reports, escalates complex cases to superiors, and monitors file accuracy for investigations and reporting.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's Degree of any medical allied courses
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply; TOR/Diploma or Certificate of Graduatation must be on hand
