• Act as the company’s representative when dealing with government offices (e.g., DMW, MARINA, DOLE, BI, DFA) and other organizations (e.g., unions, clinics, embassies).
• Secure permits, certificates, clearances, visas, and other required documentation on behalf of the company and deployed seafarers.
• Responsible for timely Visa application/ and ensure monitoring of the status to avoid delays in deployment.
• Collect and deliver required documents between the company, seafarers, and government agencies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted forms and requirements.
• Assist the Documentation Specialists and Documentation Senior Specialist by facilitating external processes tied to crew deployment and compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in government procedures, fees, and requirements affecting maritime operations and seafarer deployment.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with officials, agencies, and service providers.
