📌 What We’re Looking For: Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a talented and user-centered UX Designer to join our Product Design team. In this role, you will translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, consistent, and impactful product experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to shape user journeys that empower millions of DANA users across Indonesia.

What You Will Do:

• Translate user requirements into coherent and consistent product experiences.
• Define user flows, produce wireframes, and create interactive prototypes in Figma, ensuring alignment with DANA’s design system.
• Conduct usability testing, synthesize findings, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end experiences.
• Advocate for user needs and data-driven design decisions across the product development process.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a tech or product-driven company.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
• Proficiency in Figma (including components, variants, and prototyping).
• Experience conducting user research or usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a growth mindset.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system is a plus.
