📌 What We’re Looking For: Project Management Manager

We are looking for a Project Management Lead to drive excellence in project execution across the organization. This role is pivotal in transforming the way we deliver projects from a reactive approach of simply “getting things done” to a proactive, structured, and scalable approach of delivering better, faster, and more consistent outcomes.

As the face of Project Management to the leadership team, you will play a critical role in stakeholder management, governance, and risk mitigation. You will bridge high-level strategic objectives with ground-level execution, ensuring alignment across teams while maintaining strong control over delivery standards.

You will also take ownership of deployment readiness, including managing incidents and resolving operational glitches, while continuously improving processes, people capabilities, and overall project performance.

What You Will Do :

  • Lead and manage a team of Project Managers or Team Leads to ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Act as the key bridge between company strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across initiatives
  • Establish and enforce project governance, standards, and non-negotiables across teams
  • Drive proactive project planning, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure consistent outcomes
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including deployment readiness and incident management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor project portfolio performance and continuously optimize delivery processes
  • Strengthen team capability through mentorship and development of junior team members
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership (including CTO/CEO level) to provide updates, insights, and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvements and automation

What You Will Need :

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing Project Managers or Team Leads
  • Proven experience in fintech, banking, or e-wallet industries, with strong understanding of regulatory and security considerations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels
  • Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and maturity in handling critical situations
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve reporting and operational efficiency
  • Proven track record in mentoring and developing team members into leadership roles
  • Experience managing large-scale project portfolios in fast-paced environments
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
