We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our LGV fleet at our Dordon site, playing a key role in keeping our fleet safe, compliant, well-maintained and operational.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics operation where your fleet expertise will have a direct impact on the day-to-day running of the site.
As Fleet Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and administration of our fleet of approximately 80 fleet units and 106 trailers.
You’ll be the go-to person for fleet information, documentation, compliance and processes, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external service providers.

This is a varied role where no two days will be exactly the same.
You’ll have ownership of the fleet administration function while working alongside a wider LGV operation, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships across the site and make a real difference to how the fleet operates.
Although the role doesn't have direct reports, there will be opportunities to support the wider LGV team, attend meetings and contribute to a positive and high-performing working environment.
You'll need to be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities, with a strong eye for detail and the confidence to challenge or escalate issues when required.
Who Should Apply?
We're particularly interested in hearing from people with previous fleet experience.
You could currently be working as a:
You'll ideally have experience working within a busy fleet or transport environment and be confident managing documentation, compliance, servicing and supplier relationships.
LGV legislation, Health & Safety, financial or people-management experience would be advantageous, but previous fleet experience is the key requirement.
