REPORTS TO Associate Director, Recreation & Wellness Programming (Dotted Line to Senior Associate Director, Recreation, Clubs, and Sports/Head Men’s Soccer Coach) Marc Butkiewicz

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Len Green Recreation and Athletics Complex (LGRAC) attendant will ensure the cleanliness and general upkeep of the facility at all times, in addition to supporting wellness and recreation programming.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsible for extensive cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming of the facility fitness spaces.
• Make facility rounds every half hour to ensure doors are locked.
• Ensure daily checklist is completed.
• Maintain facility access and assist external rental groups with facility access and setup as needed.
• Ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.
• Represent the Athletics department in the community and help ensure a positive experience for all facility users.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently.

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work with culturally ethnically, culturally, and socially diverse students, staff, faculty, and other constituencies.
• Ability to successfully multitask.

HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK

Must be able to work 8-10 hours per week.
