With exceptional customer service and attention to detail, they seek a dynamic Temp to Hire Large Format, and Digital Print Production Specialist to elevate their production capabilities. This is a temp-to-hire position based in the Dallas, TX area working onsite.

From preflight and file preparation to the final print, you will ensure the highest quality standards are met, maintain our equipment with care, and contribute to our legacy of delivering on time, every time. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preflight checks and prepare files for digital, offset, and large-format printing, ensuring top-notch quality.
• Operate and maintain an array of printing and finishing equipment, including digital printers, laminators, CNC cutters, and plotters.
• Manage color calibration and profiles, ensuring consistency across all projects.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve file and print production challenges.
• Work with clients and internal teams to communicate any file issues or production updates.
• Perform quality control checks, maintaining our standard of excellence.
• Keep track of inventory and maintain a clean and organized production space.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and Acrobat, and experience with Fiery RIPS beneficial.
• 3+ years of experience in print production, specifically with large format digital printing, preferred.
• Hands-on experience in a large-format environment with printing and finishing techniques such as laminating, mounting, and trimming to complete projects to specification.
• Experience with digital printers, laminators, CNC cutters, and plotters.
• A deep understanding of substrates, paper stocks, printing processes, color management, and file imposition.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a knack for prioritizing tasks in a deadline-driven setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A record of accuracy, consistency, and problem-solving capabilities.

This is a temp-to-hire, onsite opportunity working in the Dallas, TX area. REMOTE work is not available. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience ideally in a digital print ship or large format digital printing environment.
