Responsibilities
WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
- Work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon (Limited demand on evenings/closed Sundays)
- Shift Times: Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (receive a weekday off when working Saturday)
- As a Lexus Product Concierge, you’ll be the bridge between the world-class Lexus brand and the guests who love it. One moment you’re walking a guest through the latest in-vehicle technology. The next, you’re turning a frustrated customer into a loyal advocate. Every day is different, and you’ll be the reason guests leave smiling.
- Serve as a trusted resource for Lexus guests — answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating memorable experiences
- Become an in-house expert on Lexus vehicle features and technology — from infotainment and safety systems to performance specs — and walk guests through how it all works
- Handle guest concerns with calm professionalism and empathy, de-escalating frustrations and turning difficult interactions into positive outcomes
- Introduce guests to aftermarket products and accessories through Lexus-provided training (no prior sales experience required — we’ll teach you everything)
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the Lexus standard of excellence

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS,REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Valid driver's license for at least one year (this does not include a temporary license)
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
