About the job

As a Retail Merchandiser Men, you will drive consumer‑right assortments and impactful DTC merchandising strategies through close cross‑functional collaboration, leveraging insights, trends, and performance data to shape product stories, pricing, and in‑season actions. You will ensure flawless in‑store execution while delivering compelling go‑to‑market plans aligned with global guidelines. In this role, you will continuously identify new opportunities to grow the men’s consumer base, maximize sell‑out, and elevate the overall brand experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Align with cross‑functional partners (Planning, Marketing, BX) to ensure efficient and impactful DTC store execution, bringing assortments to life in a compelling way.
  • Act as the voice of the consumer, identifying opportunities to grow and engage the fan base using consumer insights, sell‑out data, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive consumer‑right assortments and DTC segmentation strategies that support profitable, sustainable growth and build strong monthly product stories aligned with seasonal big ideas, SBP strategy, market needs, and target consumers.
  • Provide a data‑driven point of view based on consumer insights, market trends, and product results for seasonal product briefs; identify gaps and propose local product development when needed.
  • Own assortment performance and productivity: analyze weekly product KPIs (sell‑out, ROS, sell‑through), lead pricing strategy, monitor elasticity, and define in‑season actions and future opportunities with Trading.
  • Execute an effective go‑to‑market strategy aligned with global guidelines across category, style, color, price, and flow; ensure efficient seasonal and monthly assortment flow supporting a buy‑now/wear‑now approach and maximizing full‑price sell‑out.
  • Maintain line plans and manage Assortify, European + Retail range plans, directive assortments, PLM, and related systems/tools in partnership with Merch Ops and Pricing/Analytics.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations at internal meetings that reinforce brand equity and strengthen Levi’s® market position.
  • Stay curious and challenge the status quo by exploring new opportunities to elevate the DTC business; analyze product performance to take relevant actions that maximize sell‑out and revenue.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years merchandising experience required. 
  • Excellent knowledge of merchandising in apparel, market expertise, Retail KPI’s, price and margin targets. 
  • Knowledge in stories layouts, options management, VM/ BX to maximize in store execution. 
  • Developed sense of fashion and apparel taste, understanding different consumers targets. 
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills through excel Looker and PowerBI 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills- includes influencing and negotiation skills. 
  • English is a must, other languages skills are a plus. 
  • Travel of approx. 10-20% 

This is a hybrid position based in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected salary range for this role is €66,000 - € 88,000 per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
