Job Location: NPS - Foxborough, MA 02035
Position Type: Part TimeEducation
Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 Hourly

SUMMARY
The Suite Level Attendant is responsible for assisting with and coordinating every aspect of food and beverage service to 10-20 suites on an event day. This role serves as the direct contact for suite holders and their guests during the event. The Level Attendant will lead by example with high standards and customer service. Clear priorities and communication with Suite level staff and management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet staff pre shift to review and highlight the daily operation.
- The Level Attendant is responsible for keeping management aware of delivery times and issues that may affect a guest’s visit.
- The Level Attendant is the primary contact for employees and the Suite Holders
- Following stadium guidelines for code of conduct, delivery timelines and guest services, the Level Attendant’s role is paramount for a high level of customer satisfaction
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibility
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior banquet or restaurant experience
- Experience dealing with high profile guests
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Schedule will vary, working weekends and evenings and holidays may be necessary
- Availability to work at all pre-season, regular season and post season New England Patriot home games
- Must be 18 years of age
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Fast-paced work environment
- Densely populated on event day
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Required to obtain a passing score on Serve Safe training
