We’re currently seeking an experienced Level 1 Onsite Support Engineer to join our high-performing team. If you’re passionate about hands-on IT support, thrive in dynamic environments, and love being on the road and providing solutions for our clients, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver onsite support, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, PCs, servers, routers, switches, etc.)
  • Collaborate with remote support teams to configure and deploy devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Provide user training and support on systems and applications
  • Maintain accurate service records and inventory logs
  • Provide backup support for allocation of hardware service tickets
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and safety protocols
  • Travel to customer sites across Victoria (vehicle required; reimbursement provided)
  • Participate in after-hours support when needed
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and technical teams to deliver exceptional service

What You’ll Bring

•A full, valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (company vehicles also available)

•A strong understanding of IT hardware, operating systems, networks, and applications

•A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

•Excellent communication and customer service skills

•A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently
