Lessons Learned Manager (all genders)

Your future tasks:

  • Lead and coordinate all lessons learned management activities across multiple projects, working closely with the PMO Project Excellence and change management functions.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to systematically capture, document, and validate lessons learned from project and operational activities.
  • Facilitate post-project reviews and analyse project documentation and data to identify trends, recurring issues, best practices, and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and govern a centralised lessons learned database, ensuring structured organisation, data quality, accessibility, and effective knowledge retrieval.
  • Develop and implement strategies for sharing lessons learned across the organisation, including workshops, presentations, and integration into existing processes and procedures.
  • Transfer project-level lessons learned to the corporate level, monitor their application and impact, benchmark against industry best practices, and follow up on continuous improvement actions.

Your profile:


  • University degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a comparable discipline, with several years of professional experience managing offshore wind execution projects across the full lifecycle from development to construction and operations
  • Strong technical project management capability combined with a strategic mindset, enabling operational excellence, continuous improvement, and effective management of commercial, contractual, and technical interdependencies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise critical-path activities, and maintain high diligence and quality under time pressure
  • Process-driven and improvement-oriented professional, adaptable to changing project and market conditions, with a strong focus on standardisation and optimisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confident in decision-making, escalation, and presenting complex interdependencies in a clear and structured manner
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, willingness to travel, and ideally holding a recognised project management qualification (e.g. PMP, IPMA Level B/C/D)
  • This position is offered on a part-time base (60%)
