Scope and Purpose

This position involves activities related to the development, enhancement, management and optimization of the transactional offer for individual customers, with a focus on accounts, packages, payment services and related terms and conditions, to meet customer needs and support business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop new transactional products and solutions and update existing products/services in line with the business strategy of the Bank and the Group;
• Manage and update the portfolio of accounts, packages and transactional services in cooperation with the relevant structures of the Bank and the Parent Company;
• Contribute to the implementation of projects, regulatory requirements and Group initiatives impacting the transactional offer, coordinating the relevant internal and external stakeholders;
• Develop commercial proposals, campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing activation and usage of transactional products, in cooperation with CRM, Branch Network, Digital Channels and Corporate Communications;
• Contribute to the definition of the sales strategy and business plan for the transactional offer in line with the objectives of the Bank and the Group;
• Monitor transactional product performance, customer usage, revenues, costs and profitability, and propose improvement actions;
• Contribute to the definition and updating of Terms and Conditions, fees, commissions, packages and preferential proposals related to the transactional offer;
• Prepare business analyses, functional requirements and product specification documents for new products and enhancements to existing products/services, and support testing and go-to-market activities;
• Prepare and monitor periodic reports on transactional offer performance, customer and market trends, and support internal, Group and regulatory reporting as required.

Main Requirements:

• University degree in Business Informatics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Strong data analysis skills
• Ability to interact effectively with people and to work independently;
• Very strong communication skills;
• Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
