Join the International Private Banking (IPB) Funds Lending team and help build operating models that deliver seamless client experiences for institutional clients. Collaborate across business and technology to optimize processes, implement new features, and drive innovation. Be based in Mumbai at Nirlon Knowledge Park, where your skills shape product delivery and operational excellence.

As a Product Delivery Associate in IPB Funds Lending, you assist in building and implementing operating models aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. You support product development, process optimization, and client experience initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams. You monitor product performance, gather feedback, and contribute to timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building out and implementing operating models for the IPB Funds Lending business, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the delivery of a seamless and cohesive client experience for institutional clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and solutions.
  • Participate in product development activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and rollout of new features and enhancements.
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful product implementation and adoption.
  • Help maintain and update product documentation, process flows, and client communications.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Support the team in monitoring product performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics.
  • Contribute to the execution of the identified initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, and/or Technology, ideally with exposure to funds lending or the institutional space
  • Strong interest in product development and implementation, with a willingness to learn both business and technology aspects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis tools and a drive for continual improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Knowledge of funds lending and/or institutional client needs is a plus.
  • Experience supporting product launches or technology implementations is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a willingness to advocate for ideas and improvements.
