You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Product Delivery, Requirements Discovery, and Commercial Real Estate software You have found the right team.

As a Product Delivery Manager within our Commercial Real Estate Technology team, you will be responsible for defining software behavior from business needs, championing customer-focused innovation, and enabling consistent delivery through strong cross-functional execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex commercial real estate problems to uncover opportunities that improve sales and customer experience.
  • Partner with end users to elicit requirements by immersing in workflows and day-to-day activities.
  • Facilitate interviews and design-thinking sessions to validate pain points and generate solution options.
  • Define clear backlog items to support sales leads and portfolio features.
  • Prioritize backlog items with product and engineering teams to maximize customer and business value.
  • Translate business needs into actionable artifacts such as user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Create mockups and wireframes to align stakeholders and accelerate solution design.
  • Collaborate with designers to shape experiences that meet requirements and delight customers.
  • Support engineers daily by providing insight, clarity, and rapid decisioning on requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects by tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Coordinate agile ceremonies and operational routines, including refinement sessions and stakeholder updates.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar field or minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Advanced experience analyzing software problems and producing requirement artifacts (user stories, use cases, process flows).
  • Advanced experience creating mockups and wireframes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Balsamiq
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and recommendation-driven mindset (beyond requirement gathering).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance concurrent deadlines.
  • Comfort influencing stakeholders and negotiating priorities.
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Prior experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Working knowledge of domain modeling and/or data normalization concepts.
