Partner that can help grow our frontline lenders capability, improving customer
outcomes and building the skills needed for long-term success.

As a Lending Partner, you'll work across a regional portfolio, lifting
lending capability through technical coaching, training and support. Working
closely with frontline lenders and their leaders, you'll help people develop
the confidence, competence and expertise required to deliver great outcomes for
customers, while meeting risk and compliance expectations.

Your mahi will focus on:

  • Delivering lending training, coaching and capability assessments.
  • Supporting lenders through their development and certification journey.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting our people to succeed.
  • Building lending confidence and technical expertise
  • Working alongside leaders to identify capability gaps and support leaders to create development plans.

Where your expertise matters.
This opportunity requires someone who brings
strong technical lending experience, coupled with coaching and
relationship-building skills with a passion for helping others succeed and a
desire to challenge the status quo!

You will bring proven experience with:

  • Residential property lending within the
    New Zealand banking or mortgage industry.
  • Delivering training, facilitation or
    coaching in one-on-one or group settings.
  • Analysing performance data and identify
    development opportunities.
  • Stakeholder management and the ability to
    influence at all levels.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a
    commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
