The Bigger Picture…

We're looking for a detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional service to come onboard as a Lending Operations Administrator II in a temporary, up to 18 months, opportunity.

In this role, you’ll provide timely, high quality loan administration, processing, and support services. You will prepare and distribute lending documentation and have an opportunity to identify, recommend, and share ideas resulting in process improvements and enhancing overall member experience.

How you'll be spending your time

  • Processing a variety of loan administration and operational transactions accurately and efficiently. This includes documentation, registrations, renewals and transactional support for agriculture and commercial loans and mortgages.
  • Serving as an initial escalation point for loan administration issues and assisting with resolution.
  • Responding to lending operation inquiries and providing support to internal teams and external partners.
  • Assisting in the development of lending processes relating to the retail and operations areas all while ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are met.
  • Maintaining effective use of credit union and third party systems for efficient tracking, processing and inquiries.
  • Completing activities related to the proper maintenance and retention of office correspondence, loan files and other documentation.
  • Completing and balancing reconciliations of internal accounts.

The experience you bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field with 1 to 3 years of job-related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and financial or lending experience).
  • Working knowledge of lending regulatory and legislative guidelines is beneficial
  • Experience working with technology, software applications, and data entry processes; knowledge of DNA banking system is an asset, however, not required.

Salary Range:

$51,389.43 - $64,237.60 with 5% Short Term Incentive Target

Depending on location of work, union membership may be required.

The preferred locations for this position are Yorkton and Emerald Park, however, this opportunity is open to any Conexus location, as long as space is available.
