What’s the role?

This is a specialist role where your lending expertise really matters. As a Lending Manager in Business Home Lending, you’ll be responsible for structuring and progressing high quality lending applications that bring together both business and home lending components.

You’ll work closely with Business Home Lending Managers and Relationship Managers, stepping into deals at the right moment to ensure submissions are accurate, credit ready and aligned to policy. Based in Melbourne Naarm, Wurundjeri Country or Adelaide Tarndanya, Kaurna Country, this is a full time opportunity with hybrid working options. Your focus will be on getting it right the first time, reducing rework, managing risk, and helping deliver smooth outcomes for our business and SME customers in a fast paced environment.
What do I need?

• Experience in home lending, business lending or mixed lending environments and or a strong understanding of credit policy, risk management and regulatory requirements

• Confidence structuring complex lending scenarios and preparing credit ready submissions

• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and first time right outcomes

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
