Love the satisfaction of helping customers make their dream car a reality? As a Lending Consultant at Carma, you’ll guide customers through financing options, deliver an exceptional experience, and show them their dream car is within reach! Not only will you support them through the financing journey, but you’ll also proactively sell finance solutions, manage applications, and ensure every customer finds the perfect fit for their needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Be the go-to finance expert: guide customers to smart choices and make them feel confident, whether on the phone or via email.
• Turn questions into approvals: follow up, engage, and help customers get the green light on their applications.
• Keep the process smooth and stress-free, so every customer walks away feeling confident and looked after.
• Work your magic: overcome objections, match the right finance options, and celebrate every deal closed!
• Team up and win: collaborate with colleagues and financiers to solve problems and deliver the best outcomes.
  
  

Okay, let’s talk about you:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in asset/ automotive finance or personal lending with a proven knack for closing deals.
• You’re a natural at explaining, selling, and tailoring finance solutions to customer needs.
• You’re confident on calls and emails, you build rapport effortlessly!
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, multitasking like it’s second nature.
• You’re tech-savvy and skilled at juggling systems, platforms, and priorities.
• You’re flexible with availability and happy to work weekend shifts when required.
