Job Description

What’s the role?

As a results-oriented sales leader, you’ll empower a team of Lenders to thrive as passionate advocates for our customers. Working in the competitive lending space, you’ll be accountable for hitting lending sales goals, rolling out business development plans, and bringing out the best in your lenders – so that they can provide the best customer experience for every customer they help.

Your leadership and support will empower your team to succeed. By modelling strong interpersonal and professional skills, you’ll set the standard for delivering outstanding service to our customers.

This position is offered as a 12-month max-term contract.

What do I need?

We’re looking for a proven leader with deep experience in home lending—someone who’s not only driven by results but passionate about developing others. Your background in sales leadership within the lending industry will be key to expanding our market presence and uplifting your team’s capabilities.

You’ll bring a coaching mindset, empowering your team to reach their full potential. With a strategic eye and strong business acumen, you’ll uncover new opportunities through your networks and lead with the motivation and vision needed to drive meaningful growth.

  • Strong ability to consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and relationship-building.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process.
  • Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending is ideal.
