• Umsetzung strategischer Vertriebsziele in operative Maßnahmen zur Verkaufsförderung
• Identitfikation von Vertriebschancen & -risiken
• Gestaltung von vertriebs- & verkaufsunterstützenden Maßnahmen
• Entwicklung von effizienten Konzepten für die Gewinnung von Neukund:innen
• Koordination von vertriebsrelevanten Themen/Projekten mit den zuständigen Fachabteilungen & Vertriebsführungskräften
• Drehscheibe für Kooperationspartner:innen & Sektororganisationen im Bereich Vertrieb
• Zielmonitoring & Erfolgsmessung
• Fundierte Erfahrungen im Finanz- und Bankenwesen bzw. in der Vertriebssteuerung
• Interesse an strategischen Prozessen, Projekt- und Vertriebsmanagement
• Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten und Verkaufserfahrung von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, Durchsetzungsvermögen und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Empathische, offene Haltung für alle Anliegen des Vertriebsteams
Für diese Position ist je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 80.0000,00 vorgesehen. Über dein Gehalt sprechen wir gerne mit dir persönlich.
