Personelle Führung von sechs direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden und der Abteilung Technik (Mechanik, Elektrik und Infra-struktur)
Mitarbeit im Führungsteam Stahlwerk (SW)
Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und der Werterhaltung von Anlagen & Infrastruktur im Stahlwerk unter Berücksichtigung von optimalem Einsatz von Personal und Material
Zusammenarbeit mit den andern Führungspersonen auf dem Werkplatz und Lieferanten
Realisierung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen (KVP)
Verantwortung für die regelmässige Instandhaltung und grossen Sommerrevision
Verantwortung für das Budget, die Kennzahlen und
die Investitionsplanung im Bereich Technik SW
Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards
Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit einer höheren Fachausbildung (Ingenieur FH)
Mehrjähriger Führungs- und Industrieerfahrung
Menschen führen, weiterentwickeln und gemeinsam Erfolge erzielen, zählen zu Ihren Stärken
Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige, strukturierte, unternehmerisch denkende und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
Kommunikations- & Entscheidungsstarke Persönlichkeit
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
MS-Office- und SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse
Bereitschaft für Piketteinsätze sowie Flexibilität in einen 24/7-Betrieb
