Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams von
4 bis 5 Mitarbeitenden (Projektleiter & Konstrukteure)
Planung, Projektierung und Realisation von Investitions- und Optimierungsprojekten
Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle innerhalb der zugewiesenen Projekte
Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen, Pflichtenheften und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
Angebotsprüfung sowie Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe von Liefer- und Dienstleistungsaufträgen
Leitung und Überwachung von Montage-, Umbau- und Modernisierungsarbeiten
Organisation und Koordination von Inbetriebnahmen sowie Begleitung von Anlagenabnahmen
Abgeschlossenes Studium als Maschinenbauingenieur FH, Bachelor/Master Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufs- und Projektleitungserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise von Prozessen in der Produktionsindustrie
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
Lösungsorientierte, kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen; Kenntnisse von CAD-, ERP- oder Projektmanagement-Tools von Vorteil
