Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Leiter Qualitätskontrolle (m/w/d), der mit Fachkompetenz, Führungsstärke und Qualitätsbewusstsein unsere Qualitätsstandards aktiv weiterentwickelt und sicherstellt.

Die Position ist im Werk Bodelshausen angesiedelt und berichtet direkt an die Werksleitung. Lokale Präsenz vor Ort (5 Tage pro Woche) und Sprachkenntnisse sind wichtig, um die Kernaufgaben zu erfüllen.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

Führung und Organisation

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams in der Qualitätskontrolle.
• Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Personaleinsätze im Labor und in der Qualitätsprüfung.
• Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden hinsichtlich Fachkompetenz, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Arbeitssicherheit.
• Sicherstellung einer effizienten und leistungsfähigen Organisation der Qualitätskontrolle.

Operative Qualitätskontrolle

• Verantwortung für Wareneingangs-, In-Prozess- und Freigabeprüfungen.
• Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung von Prüfergebnissen zur Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs.
• Überwachung und Freigabe von Rohstoffen, Zwischenprodukten und Fertigwaren.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prüfplänen, Spezifikationen und Arbeitsanweisungen.

Qualitätsmanagement

• Unterstützung bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach ISO 9001.
• Mitarbeit bei internen und externen Audits.
• Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen sowie Einleitung, Nachverfolgung und Wirksamkeitsprüfung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Ursachenanalysen.

Kennzahlen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung

• Überwachung, Analyse und Reporting relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen.
• Erstellung von Berichten für Betriebs- und Qualitätsleitung.
• Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Qualitätssteigerung.

Zusammenarbeit und Schnittstellenmanagement

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Prozessengineering, Supply Chain, Einkauf und Vertrieb.
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und Zertifizierungsstellen in qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen.
• Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen sowie Prozess- und Rezepturänderungen aus Sicht der Qualitätskontrolle.

Qualifikationen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie, Lacktechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

• Alternativ eine Ausbildung zum Chemie- oder Lacktechniker (m/w/d) mit entsprechender mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.

• Erste oder mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätskontrolle, Qualitätssicherung oder Laborleitung von Vorteil.

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 9001.

  Praxiswissen in analytischen Prüfverfahren und der Organisation von Laborabläufen.

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Qualitätsmethoden und Problemlösungswerkzeugen wie 8D, FMEA oder statistischen Auswertungsverfahren.

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP-Systemen.

• Fließende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2)
