Unternehmerische Führung und strategische Steuerung der Li-Ion Rundzellen Produktion
Strategische und operative Verantwortung der gesamten Wertstromkette des Produktes
Sicherstellung von automotive-gerechten Qualitätsstandards in der Produktion
Stetige Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsabläufe gemäß automotive-gerechter Standards, Beachtung der Prinzipien der lean production
Initiieren und begleiten von Prozessen, sowohl strukturell als auch auf Shopfloor-Ebene
Anwendung der Prinzipien moderner Mitarbeiterführung zur Förderung von Motivation und Resultaten

Was zeichnet Sie aus?

Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Automotive Tier 1 in leitender Position in der Produktion
Erfahrung in einem mittelständischen oder konzerngebundenen, produzierenden Unternehmen im automotiven Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der Batteriezellenherstellung
Breit angelegte technologische Kompetenz
nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung von cross-funktionalen Teams und in der Implementierung von Lean Manufacturing- und Six Sigma-Methoden
Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement, Produktionsplanung und -steuerung und Prozessoptimierung
