Performance-related fee
We bill our fee 100 % on our cost saving performance. So you save double the amount of the consulting costs. If we do not achieve cost savings, your business does not pay a fee. However we do not achieve savings at any price. Security of supply and product quality are natural focus aspects as well.
Technical and business expertise
We always optimize procurement- and product costs from a business as well as a technical perspective. Basing on our specially developed cost calculation tool we compute product costs and identify potentials. In each and every project of ours experienced businessmen and engineers work hand in hand.
