Lifestyle Officer (Casual) – Berrigan | Monday–Friday | NFP Salary Packaging
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Lifestyle Officer (Casual) to bring energy, creativity, and care to our residents in Berrigan. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging leisure and lifestyle programs that support residents’ interests, abilities, and wellbeing, while guiding and supporting staff in activity delivery.
This is a casual position working Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and guide staff in planning and delivering engaging activity programs
• Support residents to participate meaningfully in activities that enhance wellbeing
• Coordinate activity programs with the Manager, including timetables and resources
• Complete participation records, evaluations, and documentation for continuous improvement
• Develop activities that enhance quality of life through hobbies, interests, and abilities
What We’re Looking For
• Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (or equivalent)
• Experience in aged care, community care, or lifestyle programs – new graduates welcome
• A positive, resilient, and resourceful approach
• Ability to demonstrate our values: compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness
