We're looking for a Leisure Experience Specialist. You will be responsible for responding to user inquiries and providing service by attentively addressing their questions regarding stays. You will handle sensitive information to resolve issues on first contact while staying informed about our client's products and services to identify possible cross and/or up-selling opportunities.
