Die Kanadevia Inova Steinmüller GmbH in Gummersbach bietet umfassendes Projektmanagement, Engineering, Beschaffung und Montageplanung. Als Teil der Business Unit Systems and Service Solutions unterstützt sie Kundenprojekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg, insbesondere bei Losgrößen- und komplexen Umbauprojekten.

Stellenbeschreibung

Überwachung des Fortschritts zugewiesener Systeme durch Desk- und Field-Expediting sowie Steuerung der Lieferdokumentation und Wareneingangsprozesse
Planung, Durchführung und Leitung von Expediting-Inspektionen bei Lieferanten sowie Koordination externer Expediting-Inspektoren
Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen durch enge Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Eskalation von Expediting-Problemen bei Bedarf
Unterstützung, Coaching und Überwachung von Projekten zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Effektivität operativer Aufgaben
Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Verfahren sowie enge Kommunikation mit Fach- und Abteilungsleitern im Bereich Expediting

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (FH / TH / Uni), idealerweise mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
Erfahrung im internationalen technischen Einkauf sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Expediting- und Logistikprozessen
Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement
Verhandlungssicher mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel inkl. Pivot, PowerPoint) sowie professionelle Englischkenntnisse (B2 – C1)
