Aufgaben

Was dich erwartet:

  • Kleine Klasse, grosse Wirkung: Du unterrichtest eine kleine Gruppe von maximal 8-10 Kindern – mit Fokus, Zeit und Nähe.
  • Unterstützung im Schulalltag: Eine Praktikant:in begleitet dich zeitweise im Unterricht.
  • Vielfalt ist Alltag: Du wirst Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams mit Fachpersonen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen.
  • Austausch, der weiterbringt: Bei uns findest du offene Türen, engagierte Kolleg:innen und gelebte Teamarbeit.


Anforderungen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Ein Lehrdiplom – du unterrichtest mit Herz und Fachwissen.
  • Einen Master in schulischer Heilpädagogik – oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren.
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern – und ihren kleinen und grossen Entwicklungsschritten.
  • Methodenvielfalt und die Fähigkeit, differenziert zu unterrichten.
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und ein gutes Gespür für dein Gegenüber.
