Die Schule Wohlen sucht per 1. August 2026 eine engagierte, flexible und humorvolle Lehrperson mit Herz, Übersicht und Haltung als Springer*in an der Oberstufe Bünzmatt.
Als Springer*in übernehmen Sie Stellvertretungen bei kurzfristigen wie auch planbaren Absenzen von Lehrpersonen in 1.-3.OS-Klassen.
Sie sind da, wenn jemand fehlt – mit Herz, Übersicht und der Fähigkeit, spontan und kompetent Unterricht zu gestalten.
Sie führen Klassen mit Klarheit und Empathie, begegnen Kindern mit Respekt und Humor und verstehen es, Unterrichtssequenzen so zu entwerfen, dass Lernen lebendig bleibt – auch in Vertretungssituationen.
- Abgeschlossenes Lehrdiplom oder in Ausbildung zur Lehrperson
- Flexible und kurzfristige Verfügbarkeit während der Schulzeit
- Freude an der Arbeit mit unterschiedlichen Klassenstufen und Teams
- Verlässliche, wertschätzende und humorvolle Persönlichkeit
- Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation und zum Erhalt des Überblicks auch in wechselnden Situationen
- Klar strukturierte Klassenführung und pädagogische Sicherheit
- Offenheit, Kreativität und Bereitschaft, sich auf Neues einzulassen
- Ein unterstützendes Fachteam und eine präsente Schulleitung, die Rückhalt geben

The Department of Economic and Internal Affairs deals with important matters for the smooth functioning of the state, the economy and society as a whole. Amongst other things it is responsible for the areas of justice, the police, communes and the economy.
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports deals with all aspects in the context of basic and professional training, secondary schools and university education. It is also in charge of the promotion of cultural affairs, the preservation of cultural assets as well as sports promotion
The Department of Finance and Resources is responsible for the procurement and administration of major resources so that the Canton can fulfil its tasks efficiently.
Department of Health and Social Affairs
The Department of Health and Social Affairs deals with different tasks in the areas of health and social matters, consumer protection, the military and civil protection.
The Department of Civil Engineering, Transport and Environment sees to the creation of the major framework conditions for a good quality of life and a strong economic environment in the Canton of Aargau. Its staff deals with questions of spatial planning, energy, transport infrastructures and environmental concerns
State Chancellery
The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
