Aufgaben

Für unsere kleine, familiäre Primarschule im schönen Limmattal suchen wir per Schuljahr 2026/27 eine/n S chulische:n Heilpädagog:in (8 – 28 WL)

Das Pensum beträgt zwischen 8 – 28 Wochenlektionen.

Sie arbeiten im Zyklus 1 und/oder Zyklus 2. Ein Teilzeitpensum mit Stellenteilung ist möglich.

Förderung und Begleitung von Schüler:innen im integrativen Unterricht
Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von individuellen Fördermassnahmen
Mitarbeit im Unterricht (z.B. Teamteaching)
Erstellung und Umsetzung von Förderplänen
Zusammenarbeit mit Klassenlehrpersonen, Schulleitung, Eltern und weiteren Fachstellen
Beobachtung, Diagnostik und Förderplanung im schulischen Kontext
Mitwirkung bei Standortgesprächen und Förderplanungen

Anforderungen

Unterrichtserfahrung auf Primarstufe von Vorteil
Freude an integrativer Förderung und Zusammenarbeit im Team
Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie
Selbstständige, flexible und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
Interesse an Schulentwicklung und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
Sie verfügen über einen Master in Schulischer Heilpädagogik (SHP) oder befinden sich im entsprechenden Studium
