Aufgaben

Als SHP unterstützt du unsere fünf altersdurchmischten Klasse am Montag-, Dienstag- und Freitagvormittag.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Schülerinnen und Schülern während ihres Lernprozesses
  • Individuelle Förderung von Kindern mit angepassten Lernzielen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit sowie regelmässiger Austausch innerhalb des Schulteams
  • Mitarbeit und Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Fachbesprechungen im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Unterstützung der Klassenlehrperson bei Standortgesprächen nach Bedarf


Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Schulischer Heilpädagogik (oder in Ausbildung dazu)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • motivierte, engagierte, flexible und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
